1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's jj33 Account to their designated payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and maintain an account with jj33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a legal resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during platform usage.

2.2 Account Registration Process

During the registration process, you agree to:

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jj33. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts held by the same person using different names, addresses, or devices are strictly prohibited. jj33 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify multiple accounts based on matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and gaming patterns. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party.

• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced security.
• Immediately notifying jj33 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Ensuring that your registered email address and mobile phone number remain secure and accessible.

3.2 Unauthorized Access and Account Compromise

You must immediately contact jj33 customer support via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. jj33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. However, we will take reasonable steps to investigate reported security incidents and may temporarily freeze your Account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to promptly update your Account information if your personal details change, including but not limited to:

• Changes to your residential address or contact information.
• Changes to your mobile phone number or email address.
• Changes to your payment method details (GCash number, bank account, Maya account).
• Changes to your legal name due to marriage or legal name change.

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals, inability to access your Account, or Account suspension pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

jj33 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, Security Bank), and other approved electronic payment systems. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized account holder of the payment method used.
• The funds deposited are not derived from illegal or unlawful activities.
• You are not using payment methods belonging to third parties.
• You have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with valid government-issued identification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP.
• Pending wagering requirements on bonuses must be completed before withdrawal.

We will investigate all disputed transactions in good faith and may request additional documentation to support your claim. However, jj33 is not responsible for errors or delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.

5.2 Game Rules and Malfunctions

5.4 Sports Betting and Live Betting

For sports betting markets, the following additional terms apply:

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets may be void or settled based on our sports betting rules.
• Live betting odds are subject to change rapidly based on in-game events.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Colluding with other players or using unfair gaming strategies.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Making deposits and immediately withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements to launder money.

6.3 VIP and Loyalty Programs

jj33 operates VIP and loyalty reward programs for qualifying players. Participation in these programs is by invitation only or based on meeting specified criteria. VIP benefits, cashback rates, and loyalty rewards are subject to change at jj33's discretion. We reserve the right to downgrade, suspend, or terminate VIP status if program terms are violated or if a Player engages in prohibited activities.

7. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any fraudulent conduct.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, or allowing others to access your Account.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players or staff, using offensive language, or engaging in discriminatory conduct in chat features.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

While jj33 provides entertainment, we recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. You agree to:

• Gamble only with money you can afford to lose.
• Set personal deposit limits and session time limits.

• Seek help if you believe you may have a gambling problem.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.2 Limited License to Use Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jj33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the platform or any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website.

8.3 User-Generated Content

Any content you submit through chat features, forums, or customer support (collectively "User Content") grants jj33 a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operational and promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JJ33 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Defects will be corrected promptly or at all.
• The platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JJ33 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or payment processing errors.
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JJ33'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9.3 Force Majeure

jj33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, or any other force majeure events.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by jj33

jj33 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within specified timeframes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you.
• Unusual betting patterns or gaming behavior requiring investigation.
• Failure to respond to our communications regarding your Account.

10.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure. Upon Account closure:

• You must withdraw any remaining balance before closure, subject to wagering requirements.
• All pending bonuses and promotional benefits will be forfeited.
• You will no longer receive promotional communications (unless you remain subscribed to marketing emails).
• Your personal data will be retained as required by law and our data retention policies.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your Account by jj33:

• Your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases.
• Any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to jj33, subject to ongoing investigations.
• If termination results from your violation of these Terms, jj33 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and may forfeit funds if fraud or illegal activity is confirmed.
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, jj33 offers self-exclusion options allowing you to voluntarily suspend your Account for a specified period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently). During self-exclusion:

• You will be unable to log in to your Account.
• You will not receive any promotional materials or marketing communications.
• Your Account balance will be frozen and cannot be accessed until the exclusion period expires.
• Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Attempting to create new accounts during self-exclusion will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the jj33 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to follow this dispute resolution process:

Provide a detailed description of the dispute, including relevant dates, transaction IDs, and supporting documentation.
2. Management Review: If customer support cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, the matter will be escalated to jj33 management for review. Management will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
3. PAGCOR Complaint: If you remain dissatisfied after management review, you may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing jj33's operations. PAGCOR complaint procedures are available on their official website.
4. Arbitration: If PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the dispute, you and jj33 agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in English.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jj33.

11.4 Limitation Period for Claims

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to your use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Amendments to Terms

jj33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on the website at least fourteen (14) days before the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jj33 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. jj33 may freely assign or transfer these Terms and any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

12.5 No Waiver

No waiver by jj33 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by jj33 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.6 Notices

All notices from jj33 to you will be sent to your registered email address or displayed through platform notifications. You agree that electronic communications constitute legal notice. Notices to jj33 must be sent in writing to [email protected] or to our registered business address on file with PAGCOR.

12.7 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
